About Me

My name is Dr Paula Watkins and I’m a clinical psychologist and psychedelic therapist.

I help people identify and heal unresolved triggers and traumas, work through unhelpful patterns, heal their nervous systems and recover from anxiety and depression.

A Bit More

I live on Bundjalung land (Byron Bay), Northern NSW with my two children.

I’m usually found at beaches or forests, tea ceremonies, dancing, meditating, or devouring books.
